Cullompton 50 v 22 St Ives

For what was their last game of the season, St Ives travelled to the side in second place in the Western Counties West league; Cullompton. Head coach, Paul Thirlby, named several changes to the side, including Joe Rouncefield on the wing. Lewis Thomas moved to full back. With no Joe Parma available, Jordan Gott played in the centre and Josh Palmer on the left wing. Joel Ninnes and John Trewhella came on to the bench.

St Ives 52 v 10 Crediton

In what was their last home game of the season the St Ives 1st XV welcomed Devon side Crediton to Alexandra Road. In the corresponding fixture in Devon the result went the way of Crediton by 17 points to 13, so the St Ives players had a point to prove.

St Ives will be playing their last home fixture in their best season for some years this Saturday. We welcome Crediton and will be laying on a reception for their committee. This is just one of three receptions planned for the afternoon.
