St Ives continued their journey to secure promotion into South West 1 rugby by beating Paignton with a score of 29 points to 7 at home in a workman like performance.

Bonus Point Win on the Road

St Ives travelled to Devon for the 16th league match of this campaign to play Sidmouth who were on a run of matches that had seen them beat league contenders Devonport Services amongst their seven victories this past two months.

St Ives make the long trip to Sidmouth on the east Devon coast for what is their toughest assignment yet.  Home wins against rivals Devonport Services in December and St Austell last weekend means that The Hakes have gone a full twelve months with a clean sheet of wins in their own back yard.
