St Ives have unveiled a further two signings for the coming season. Treve Polglase joins the club as a scrum half. He has previously played only for the St Ives club at senior level with several games in the 2012-13 season. As a junior player he was awarded The Coaches Shield as an U.16 at Pirates Juniors. Still only 21 years of age, Treve has the opportunity to make an impact and should prove to be quite an asset as he develops his game and experience.

Kye Beasley, at 28, is a far more experienced player who joins St Ives as a prop forward. His former clubs include Kettering, Camborne and Penryn. He has represented the Royal Navy and the Combined Services. His presence in the front row will help create a strong and stable foundation for the pack, alongside newly appointed club captain, Ben Taylor and new signing, Leigh Hocking, adding to the regular squad members, Ben Jenkins, Joel Stevens and Tom Chandler.
