WOW !!!! what a season and what a cup final - Well done 'The Hakes'

So one more fantastic event to round off a brilliant season for the club. This is our opportunity to really engage with the local community and support a great charity.

Saturday 23rd June 2018 is the Summer Gala in aid of Cancer Research UK

I am really excited about this event and would like you to join me to celebrate our year as well as raise money for a fantastic charity.

Join me along with other sponsors, members, players, guests, family and friends.

I want as many as possible attending a fantastic evening.

Please ask your friends and family to support this event and enjoy the fun, laughter and food provided by Tregenna Castle Hotel.

This year will be our third event in as many years and I want this one to be extra special with you all supporting the event in celebration of the club's achievements and success.

On Saturday 23rd June 2018 there will be a black tie / lounge suit - Dinner and Dance, a three course meal, with canapés and plenty of entertainment. The venue will be Tregenna Castle Hotel St Ives - if you want to book a room there is a special rate for the evening, but you must book with the hotel no later than mid May. Hosting an event like this shows great support for a very significant charity which has impacted on many thousands of people.

It allows the club to embrace the local community and gain better support from current and potential sponsors.

Please can I ask that you speak with your partners and friends and make every effort to fill the room 180 total covers.

There are tables of 8 and 10 and good prices on wine and beer. The price will be £40 per person which includes;

• Canapés on arrival

• A complimentary glass of wine

• A three course meal

• Tea & coffee

• Entry into the True and False quiz

• Raffle tickets - for holidays

• Entry into the heads & tails competition with the winner receiving £100 cash

Meet at the Hotel from 18:45hrs for canapés and photo booth

Meal commences at 19:45hrs - Menu will be provided when booking confirmed
