Details for Last Home Match Day

Saturday 6th April 2019 will see the St Ives Hakes playing their last home league match of the season.

I would like to invite you to come along and enjoy our sponsorship/advertisers hospitality and celebrate with the players their extremely successful season in South West 1.

As a sponsor you are entitled to invite 10 guests.

As an advertiser in a programme or on a board you are entitled to 1 additional guest.

This invite will provide free entry to the match, buffet lunch before the match and a delicious hog roast after the game.

These events have been well attended in the season and I would ask that you confirm numbers and attendance early to ensure we are able to cater for all.

Members who wish to attend the buffet will be charged £5 which can be paid on the day.

Please book early to avoid disappointment .

Times:

13:45hrs - Formal welcome - buffet commencing at 14:00hrs It is hoped that some of the side of 50 years ago who won the Cornwall KO Cup will be guests at the buffet.

15:00hrs - St Ives Hakes v Weston Hornets

16:45hrs - Hog Roast in the main bar

18:00hrs - The senior club will present the annual awards in celebration of the season

18:45hrs - Guests can mingle whilst the club prepares for the evening entertainment

Evening Entertainment

20:00hrs - our very own Jack Kessell as a warm up to the main event

21:00hrs – 21:45hrs

22:15hrs – 23:00hrs

The club will be hosting Sandy Acres 7 a great band singing great covers from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s including Soul, Funk, Jazz, Reggae, Northern Soul and Pop.

This event is in line with the end of season party and will be an all ticket event. (Please speak with Joff regarding tickets if you are a sponsor)

To ensure we cater for numbers please ensure you book and collect your tickets £5 per person from the Ayr Reception Office before 15:00hrs on Friday 5th April 2019.
