More New Signings

We are thrilled to announce the addition of three talented players to The Hakes for the upcoming season.

James Curnow - Prop Forward

James Curnow, a robust prop forward, James played minis and juniors for both Redruth and Camborne. Last season, James was a key player for Camborne’s successful second team. Eager to take his rugby career to the next level, James is joining The Hakes to challenge himself and continue his development in a more competitive environment.

Sam Saunders - Prop Forward

We are delighted to welcome back Sam Saunders, a local talent who began his rugby journey with The Hakes, playing in the minis and juniors. After taking a few seasons away from the game, Sam has decided to return to his roots and rejoin the club. His dedication and renewed passion for rugby will undoubtedly be a great asset to our squad.

Ollie Trewhella - Winger

Ollie Trewhella, son of former St Ives player John Trewhella and grandfather Chris. Ollie honed his skills playing mini and junior rugby at Hayle and Penzance. A couple of seasons ago, he gained valuable experience with The Hakes before moving to St Just for senior-level play. We are excited to have Ollie back, ready to make a significant impact on the field.
